Myrtle Beach Food Truck Festival Rolls Into the Old Square Mall Site

Myrtle Beach Food Truck Festival Rolls Into the Old Square Mall Site

Three days of curbside cooking this weekend. The 2026 Myrtle Beach Food Truck Festival runs April 10 through 12 at the former Myrtle Square Mall site in downtown Myrtle Beach, pulling more than fifty food trucks from across the Carolinas for an open-lot celebration of sliders, low-country boils, Korean tacos, beignets, and the kind of lobster rolls you don't expect to find an hour from the Georgia line.

The old mall footprint has been hosting open-air events while its redevelopment continues, and the scale — multiple acres of level pavement, easy parking, and plenty of room between trucks — makes it the rare food festival where lines move and kids can run. Live music runs on a central stage, and a craft beer garden operates from late afternoon into the evening.

If you're going: Friday evening and Sunday afternoon are the calmest windows. Bring cash — smaller trucks still prefer it — and come hungry enough to share orders across a group. Parking is free on the main lot.
